I see outfits who really believe in training their employees to do all aspects of their jobs according to the &quot;master plan&quot; who don&#039;t invest in ANY training before they let everyone capable of hunting and pecking dive right into use of company-linked social media accounts, etc.

The upside of the horror stories? They make it that much easier to pitch training and instruction.
